When a team member is deactivated, their access to the platform is immediately revoked. This action is taken by an admin to manage team permissions. Follow these steps to understand what occurs:
1: Access is Revoked
The deactivated user will no longer be able to log in or access any assigned websites or activities.
2: User Sees Error Message
If the user attempts to log in after being deactivated, they will see an “Access Denied” message on the screen.
